Our story
A family business built on referrals.
Nice & Cool started as a one-truck operation in the early 1990s. Three decades later, we still answer the phone the same way, and we still treat every install like it's going into a neighbor's house.
We've grown carefully on purpose. Every technician you'll meet is a full-time Nice & Cool employee. We invest in factory training with Bryant, Lennox, Mitsubishi, and Fujitsu so we can spec the right equipment and install it to manufacturer standards.
We do a lot of free second opinions for LA homeowners who feel pressured by big-box estimates. Often the right answer is a repair, not a $20,000 replacement, and we'll tell you that even when it costs us a sale.
