About the community
Altadena is more than an address.
Altadena is one of LA's most historic neighborhoods, a foothill mosaic of craftsman, Spanish revival, and mid-century homes, many built in the 1910s-40s. The Eaton Fire devastated the western foothills. We're working with Altadena families to spec heritage-appropriate, fire-hardened HVAC systems that respect the architecture and meet today's codes.
