What to do right now
Turn the system OFF (cooling mode). Switch the thermostat to FAN ONLY for 1-2 hours to thaw the coil. Replace the filter. If it freezes again within 24 hours, call us, it's almost certainly refrigerant or airflow related and not a DIY fix.
